Role Overview: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Architect
We are seeking a highly distinguished Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Architect with over 20 years of experience to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives. As we move into 2026, the landscape of Enterprise Resource Planning has evolved into an AI-driven, highly integrated ecosystem. This role is pivotal in designing and governing the architecture for global finance and supply chain operations, ensuring that our technological infrastructure supports complex business capabilities and global process designs.
Key Responsibilities and Strategic Impact
- Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: You will be responsible for capability mapping and global process design, ensuring that the Oracle Fusion suite aligns perfectly with long-term business goals. This includes defining the roadmap for ERP, EPM, and Risk Management modules.
- Financial Process Optimization: Lead the design of end-to-end finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Acquire-to-Retire (A2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C). You will manage intercompany transactions and complex consolidations across multiple legal entities.
- Data Migration & Modernization: Oversee the critical transition of legacy data from systems like PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. This involves managing Chart of Accounts (COA) redesign, master data governance, and transactional data integrity.
- Integration & Extension: Design robust integration frameworks connecting Oracle Cloud with banking systems and legacy environments using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and PaaS extensions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Leverage OTBI and Oracle Analytics Cloud to deliver real-time financial and statutory reporting, providing stakeholders with actionable insights through advanced data visualization.
- Governance & Compliance: Act as the Design Authority, ensuring all solutions adhere to GAAP/IFRS standards, SoD (Segregation of Duties) requirements, and rigorous audit compliance protocols.

Your leadership will be measured by your ability to manage high-level stakeholders and drive consensus in a multi-currency, multi-lingual environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and system performance.
