Position Summary

Novia Infotech is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant for a long-term contract opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on the implementation and optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and Learning modules. The successful consultant will play a pivotal role in a multi-region HCM transformation, ensuring that the system aligns with global business processes and compliance standards. This is a high-impact position requiring a blend of deep technical knowledge and strategic functional expertise to support a direct client’s enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and Learning modules.
  • Support multi-region and multi-country HCM deployments, ensuring localized requirements are met within a global framework.
  • Facilitate Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Configure and administer Oracle HCM functional setups, including Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) and Extensible Flexfields (EFF).
  • Manage quarterly patch impact analysis and validation to ensure system stability and leverage new features.
  • Develop and customize Oracle Workflows and support the creation of custom reports and value sets.
  • Implement Oracle Journeys and leverage the Oracle Redwood Design System to enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to resolve issues via Oracle Service Requests (SR).
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and Waterfall project phases as required by the project methodology.

Technical Expertise

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically ORC, Talent, and Learning.
  • Hands-on expertise with HCM quarterly updates, patch validation, and regression testing.
  • Strong functional knowledge of DFF, EFF, concurrent programs, and form functions.
  • Familiarity with the Oracle Redwood UX framework is a significant plus.
  • Experience in developing and customizing Oracle Workflows to automate HR processes.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and drive stakeholder consensus on functional designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale enterprise HCM transformation programs. You must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. We are looking for a consultant who is proactive in identifying potential risks and providing innovative solutions to functional challenges. Your experience in multi-country configurations will be essential as we expand our HCM footprint globally. This role requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall environments to deliver high-quality results within the 12+ month project duration.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Phoenix, AZ
