Role Overview
Argyll Infotech is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant for a critical 9-month contract engagement in San Jose, California. This onsite role is designed for a senior-level professional with 10-12 years of experience who can lead end-to-end implementations and drive digital transformation for our enterprise clients. As we move into 2026, the demand for integrated, AI-driven ERP and CRM solutions has never been higher, and this position sits at the forefront of that technological evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring that all technical architectures align with strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate extensively with diverse stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Customize and configure various Dynamics 365 modules, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, to optimize organizational workflows.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications using modern middleware and Azure integration services.
- Provide comprehensive post-implementation support, including system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and high-level user training to ensure maximum adoption.
- Maintain strict adherence to solution quality, performance benchmarks, and industry best practices for security and compliance.
- Manage the change management lifecycle, facilitating smooth transitions during system deployments and major upgrades.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience in Microsoft Technologies, specifically within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Proven track record of leading at least three full-lifecycle ERP or CRM implementations for large-scale organizations.
- Deep expertise in Change Management methodologies to support organizational shifts during technology adoption.
- Strong proficiency in the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure cloud services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Ability to work onsite in San Jose, CA, for the duration of the 9-month contract.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
