Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Fullstack Senior Developer for a critical onsite position in Schaumburg, IL. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in information technology and software engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern web development frameworks and a proven track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions in an Agile environment.
Technical Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex web applications using ReactJS, Redux, and NodeJS.
- Architect and implement backend services using Java Spring Boot to enhance system functionality.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, specifically leveraging PyAutoGui and PyWin32 libraries for desktop automation.
- Manage data processing tasks involving XML parsing and CSV formatting to ensure seamless data integration.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD practices using tools like Git, Bitbucket, and automated build pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 13-15 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in the React/Node.js ecosystem.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python development.
- Strong experience with build automation and version control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is considered a significant advantage.
