Position Summary
Tekinspirations LLC is looking for a dedicated Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Data Analyst to serve as an Equipment Receipt Verification (RV) and Asset Data Specialist. This onsite role in Lebanon, Indiana, is a critical part of a major pharmaceutical site expansion project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and validating large-scale asset data, ensuring that every piece of equipment—from valves to complex transmitters—is accurately recorded and reconciled across multiple datasets. This position requires a unique blend of technical data analysis skills and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing hardware.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute Receipt Verification (RV) protocols for various mechanical and electronic components, including valves, instruments, and transmitters.
- Validate physical equipment received against procurement records and engineering specifications.
- Update and maintain RV forms and asset databases with a high degree of precision.
- Coordinate the transfer of verified data to Maintenance and Site Operations teams to facilitate facility readiness.
- Lock and publish final 01910 datasets, ensuring alignment between design, purchase, and installation phases.
- Perform complex data reconciliation across RV, 01910, CLIA, LP1x, and Non-PVP datasets.
- Manage non-RV data updates under strict formal change control procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Support the PIM Manager with detailed reporting, data readiness assessments, and governance activities.
- Develop and manage advanced Excel trackers, SharePoint queries, and automated reporting tools.
Required Technical Skills
- Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and equipment types.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications for instrumentation and mechanical assets.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex data manipulation.
- Experience with SharePoint and large-scale data management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with engineering, procurement, and site management teams.
Project Environment
This is a long-term contract opportunity located onsite at a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility in Lebanon, IN. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction and commissioning environment. The role demands a high level of professional accountability and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Compensation & Location
Salary: $92,000 – $132,000 per year (Estimated)
