- Establish and manage proactive alerting systems to detect and resolve cluster issues before they impact users.
- Integrate data ingestion pipelines using Logstash, Kafka, and Beats to ensure reliable log forwarding and processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the entire ELK stack, including performance bottlenecks and data integrity problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to design and implement search solutions for specific business use cases.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Ruby or Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Strong expertise in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Proven experience with infrastructure automation tools, specifically Ansible.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, networking, and data storage principles.
