Job Description
Stellar IT Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP BRIM Functional Consultant for a Fortune 500 client project. This is a hybrid role based out of Baltimore, MD and Middletown, PA. The successful candidate will support the solution delivery team in coordinating SAP BRIM activities within the UBOS program, focusing on high-impact financial and billing capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver functional designs and configurations for BRIM and FICA capabilities, including payments, dunning, and collections.
- Manage account determinations and CI/GL integrations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Lead functional testing efforts, including the review of test scripts and validation of results.
- Resolve defects across BRIM/FICA processes during various testing phases.
- Assist BRIM architects with configuration tasks such as business partner and contract account setup.
- Provide process expertise to the testing team for scenario design and test data creation.
- Support the data team with BRIM/FICA data mapping, translation rules, and open item conversion.
- Contribute to cutover planning and readiness activities for FICA-related migration tasks.
- Maintain Azure DevOps work items and track progress for all BRIM/FICA deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- At least one full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is mandatory.
- 8+ years of experience as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and/or FICA expertise.
- Strong understanding of FICA processes: payments, dunning, collections, interest, and open item management.
- Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA-related enhancements.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools for project tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Information Systems.
Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA BRIM certifications (BR230/BR234) are highly desired.
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies.
- Previous experience in Enterprise Business Solutions for large-scale SAP projects.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
