  • Facilitate critical Agile events such as PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
  • Support team members in resolving conflicts, problem-solving, and decision-making through persuasion rather than authority.
  • Foster a continuous learning mindset and support the development of T-shaped skills among team members.
  • Ensure transparency by maintaining information radiators and updating team Kanban boards to visualize work and enhance flow.
  • Coach and train teams on methodologies beyond standard Scrum, including SAFe, Kanban, Flow, Built-in Quality, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Measure and optimize flow, competency, and outcomes using OKR metrics to assess and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maximize solution value and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Represent the team in all ART events and facilitate cross-team collaboration to bring whole-product solutions to market.
  • Serve as a Lean-Agile Leader, modeling the mindset and values for the larger organization and supporting the enterprise-wide adoption of SAFe.

By participating in Communities of Practice (CoPs) and supporting SAFe Practice Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous evolution of our Agile practices.
