  • Develop and maintain workforce data reports and analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws, union agreements, and enterprise-wide award interpretations across multi-site environments.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate Kronos with other enterprise systems like Payroll and ERP.

Technical Expertise

  • 6 to 8 years of dedicated experience as a Kronos/UKG Functional Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kronos Dimensions architecture and functional capabilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering hands-on configuration for time and attendance systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and their integration with WFM tools.
  • Experience with complex, unionized environments and the nuances of US labor compliance.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and data analytics within the UKG ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage project lifecycles from requirement gathering through to post-go-live support.

Soft Skills and Remote Culture

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest UKG/Kronos features and industry trends.

Project Scope

As a consultant, you will be involved in high-impact projects including system upgrades from legacy Kronos versions to Dimensions, as well as the implementation of new modules to enhance labor productivity. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency of the workforce and the accuracy of payroll processing for a diverse, multi-site organization.
