Role Overview: Senior Analyst – Manhattan Active (RUN Support)
Technostrides Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our dynamic support team in Manhattan, NY. This role is centered on providing high-level technical and functional support for Manhattan Active solutions, specifically focusing on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS). As a Senior Analyst in the RUN Support division, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex production issues and ensuring the continuous operation of critical supply chain applications for our retail clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver comprehensive Level 2 and Level 3 support for Manhattan Active applications, ensuring that all incidents are resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of incidents, problems, and service requests using ITIL-aligned processes to maintain system stability.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring technical issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent future disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with client-side technical teams and internal stakeholders to align support activities with business priorities and operational goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, support workflows, and troubleshooting steps to build a robust internal knowledge base.
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms to track ticket progress, manage change requests, and report on support metrics.
- Oversee the deployment of patches, system upgrades, and performance tuning initiatives within production environments to optimize application efficiency.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical, high-priority issues that impact business continuity.
- Analyze system logs and use SQL queries to investigate data discrepancies and integration failures across the Manhattan Active architecture.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and integration partners to resolve complex API and middleware issues.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $165,000 per year (Estimated)
