Position Overview: Senior L4 Network Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly sophisticated and experienced Senior Network Administrator (L4 Level) to join our enterprise infrastructure team in Tulsa, OK. This is a high-impact role designed for a technical leader who possesses deep expertise in next-generation datacenter fabrics, software-defined networking (SD-WAN), and advanced routing architectures. As we move into 2026, the complexity of hybrid-cloud environments requires a professional who can not only manage existing systems but also architect the future of our connectivity. The successful candidate will lead the design, deployment, and continuous optimization of large-scale enterprise networks with a specific focus on Cisco ACI, Cisco SD-WAN, and VMware VeloCloud.
Key Responsibilities and Strategic Initiatives
- Network Architecture & Strategy: Serve as the primary architect for enterprise-wide networking roadmaps, ensuring that datacenter, WAN, and cloud infrastructures are scalable, resilient, and secure.
- Cisco ACI Mastery: Architect and manage complex multi-pod and multi-site ACI fabrics, ensuring seamless integration across diverse physical locations.
- SD-WAN Optimization: Lead the design and performance tuning of Cisco SD-WAN and VMware VeloCloud environments to support a distributed workforce and high-bandwidth applications.
- Segment Routing: Develop and implement solutions using SR-MPLS while providing strategic guidance for the adoption of SRv6 to enhance traffic engineering capabilities.
- Cloud Networking Integration: Provide expert-level support for Google Cloud and Azure networking components, including VPCs, VNets, ExpressRoute, and Interconnect services.
- Nutanix Infrastructure: Manage AHV networking and implement Nutanix Flow for advanced micro-segmentation and security within the virtualized environment.
- Operational Excellence: Lead high-level troubleshooting and incident management for P1/P2 events, drafting comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to prevent recurrence.
- Performance Tuning: Conduct deep packet-level analysis and performance tuning of network devices to maximize throughput and reliability across the global backbone.
- Compliance and Monitoring: Ensure strict adherence to network standards and security policies while monitoring SLAs and OLAs through advanced alerting and exception reporting.
Required Technical Expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in Cisco ACI, Cisco SD-WAN, and VMware VeloCloud.
- Extensive experience with advanced routing protocols including OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, EVPN, and VXLAN.
- Proven track record in architecting Segment Routing (SR-MPLS) and a strong understanding of SRv6.
- Hands-on experience with Nutanix Flow and AHV networking.
- Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or specialized Nutanix/Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
This role operates on a hybrid-onsite model requiring four days per week at our Tulsa headquarters (1 One Williams Centre), with Fridays designated as work-from-home. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of networking technology in a prestigious Class A office environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 per year (Estimated)
