Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Program Manager for a critical W2 engagement based in Marysville, Ohio. This role is pivotal in driving the global rollout of ServiceNow across all client regions, ensuring a unified and efficient enterprise platform implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the program, navigating complex global dependencies, and managing diverse multicultural teams across multiple time zones. This position requires a physical presence onsite in Marysville four days per week, emphasizing the need for local or commutable candidates with a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program & Project Management: Own and maintain the comprehensive global project plan, meticulously tracking timelines, critical path dependencies, and high-stakes deliverables. Lead the end-to-end execution across various regions and workstreams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Global Coordination & Communication: Facilitate and lead cross-regional meetings across disparate time zones, which frequently includes early-morning and late-night sessions to accommodate global stakeholders. Serve as the central point of contact for global teams and executive leadership, ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Governance, Risk & Issue Management: Proactively track and manage action items, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID). Escalate blockers promptly to leadership and ensure strict adherence to established governance practices and regional alignment on prioritization.
  • Executive Readiness & Reporting: Prepare high-level evaluation materials, decision decks, and executive summaries for approval cycles. Host monthly Executive Status & Awareness Meetings, synthesizing complex technical program details into concise, executive-ready messaging.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with IT leadership, technical leads, regional operations teams, and business owners to ensure alignment on requirements, impacts, and rollout readiness across all global regions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of project and program management experience specifically within global IT or enterprise platform implementations.
  • Extensive experience coordinating projects across multiple international regions and time zones.
  • Proven ability to navigate language and cultural barriers; familiarity with real-time translation support tools is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools, specifically MS Project.
  • Direct experience with ServiceNow is mandatory, with a focus on ITSM or related service workflows.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Marysville, OH, four days per week.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master are highly preferred.
  • Experience working with Japan/AO teams and comfort with regional cultural norms is a significant plus.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year
