Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a professional with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and a proven track record of delivering AI-driven business workflow applications. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building full-stack systems and AI applications that support the Customer Security & Trust (CST) business group. This includes developing intuitive user interfaces and maintaining a robust backend infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, approve, and enhance existing databases and database management systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Direct and guide engineering staff in the coding of both logical and physical database designs.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, and deliverables for complex software and database initiatives.
- Evaluate project requests and provide accurate time and cost estimates for completion.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement advanced security measures to protect sensitive information within computer systems.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and continuous improvement of software systems.
- Develop and enforce organizational standards and guidelines for software acquisition and usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues, implementing necessary changes to prevent recurrence.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level team members to foster professional growth.
Technical Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on the Microsoft Stack (.NET, C#, SQL, VisualBasic).
- Hands-on coding expertise; this is not a pure architecture role but requires active participation in development.
- Experience in designing scalable solutions and understanding system architecture.
- Exposure to AI-driven workflows and the integration of AI into business applications.
- Deep knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $225,000 per year (Estimated)
