Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with deep expertise in the Healthcare and Pharma domains to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a 100% onsite contract role focused on designing and implementing end-to-end patient data flows and cutting-edge AI solutions. In the rapidly evolving landscape of pharmaceutical technology, the role of a Salesforce Tech Lead is increasingly focused on the integration of artificial intelligence to drive commercial success and patient satisfaction. By leveraging AWS BedRock, you will be at the forefront of creating custom AI agents that can interpret complex medical data and provide actionable insights. This requires not only technical mastery of the Salesforce platform but also a visionary approach to how data can be used to transform the patient journey.
Technical Leadership & Design
- Collaborate with Architects to define end-to-end data flows between Salesforce, AWS, and other CRM platforms.
- Ensure a “single source of truth” for patient data across disparate systems.
- Lead the development of Agentic AI solutions using real-time data from Data Lakes.
- Orchestrate AI “nudges” for patients and case managers to improve engagement.
- Utilize AWS services including Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena for data processing.
- Develop custom AI Agents using AWS BedRock.
Compliance & Domain Expertise
- Ensure all digital solutions comply with HIPAA and regional privacy laws.
- Apply knowledge of Pharma-specific regulations to data governance.
- Leverage experience in Patient Engagement and Patient Service tools within the Pharma Commercial domain.

You will be expected to mentor other developers and contribute to the broader technical strategy of the Pharma Commercial division.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,200 – $150,000 per year
