Role Overview

The Developer – Niche III position is a high-impact role focused on the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, specifically dedicated to supporting Legal process automation for a major enterprise client. This position requires a unique blend of technical mastery in low-code/no-code development and the professional acumen to interface directly with high-touch, non-technical legal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment and user training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform suite, including PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Lead project intake sessions with Legal business users to identify operational inefficiencies and translate complex business needs into robust technical designs.
  • Develop and integrate GPT-based automation solutions to enhance legal document analysis and workflow productivity.
  • Manage the technical architecture of solutions, ensuring proper use of Dataverse environments and solution layering.
  • Utilize Mitratech’s TeamConnect TAP for advanced legal workflow automations, ensuring seamless integration with existing legal management systems.
  • Conduct rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide detailed documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and iterative improvements for existing legal automation tools.

Technical Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience specifically within the Microsoft Power Platform stack.
  • Expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in GPT development and AI integration within enterprise workflows.
  • Prior experience with Mitratech TeamConnect TAP Workflow Automations is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and cloud architecture.
  • Experience working within a Legal department or on legal-tech projects is highly preferred.
  • Recent experience within the Telecom industry is required for this engagement.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Professional presence suitable for interacting with senior legal counsel and executives.

This role is primarily onsite in Seattle, WA, though remote candidates within the Seattle metropolitan area who can attend occasional in-office meetings will be prioritized. Candidates must have an active and professional LinkedIn profile for verification purposes. Please note that additional travel or relocation expenses are not approved for this position.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Seattle, WA
