- Implement mobile application features using React Native, focusing on performance and user experience across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to translate design concepts into functional code. While the focus is on coding, an understanding of UI design principles is highly beneficial.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience even under high load.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with a significant portion dedicated to NodeJS and React-based technologies.
- Proven expertise in building scalable backend systems and integrating them with mobile applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on complex coding challenges.
