Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant for a critical 6-month engagement based in San Jose, CA. This role is primarily remote but requires an initial onsite presence for the first 2 to 3 weeks to facilitate knowledge transfer and team integration. The successful candidate will possess a rare blend of deep functional expertise and robust technical capabilities within the Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud environments, specifically focusing on Trade Management and Channel Revenue Management (ChRM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end trade promotion lifecycle, ensuring all phases from planning to execution are handled with precision.
- Manage complex pricing structures, rebates, and accrual logic within the Oracle Trade Management module.
- Oversee claims and settlements processes, ensuring seamless integration with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Configure and customize Oracle modules to meet unique business requirements, including the development of custom workflows and data flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data integrity and system performance across Order Management and General Ledger (GL) integrations.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with channel execution standards through rigorous testing and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives in the San Jose tech ecosystem.
Technical and Functional Requirements
- Proven experience in Oracle Trade Management and Channel Revenue Management is mandatory.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher.
- Deep understanding of Oracle financial modules (AR, AP, GL) and their integration points with supply chain modules.
- Ability to manage complex trade scenarios, including volume-based rebates and tiered pricing models.
- Experience with Oracle workflow and API-based integrations.
- Excellent analytical skills to diagnose and fix data flow discrepancies between modules.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $235,000 per year (Estimated)
