Position Summary: AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer
Delta System & Software is looking for a visionary Python Full Stack Engineer with a deep specialization in Artificial Intelligence to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a 12-month contract position that requires onsite presence at our client’s location. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, contributing to the development of AI-enabled applications and cloud-native platforms. You will not only build robust full-stack applications but also lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into enterprise-grade solutions. This role is perfect for an engineer who thrives on the intersection of traditional software engineering and cutting-edge AI toolchains.
Core Responsibilities and AI Integration
- Develop and maintain high-performance full-stack applications using Python or Go (Golang).
- Architect and build backend microservices and APIs using REST and gRPC protocols.
- Implement and optimize Generative AI/LLM capabilities within existing and new application frameworks.
- Work with agentic frameworks to create autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents for business process automation.
- Design and deploy cloud-native services on major providers including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate on frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Participate in daily onsite collaboration with client teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and toolchains to maintain a competitive edge in application features.
- Ensure the scalability and security of AI-driven platforms through rigorous testing and cloud-best practices.
- Mentor junior developers on AI integration patterns and full-stack best practices.
Technical Requirements and Experience
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in full-stack engineering with a specific emphasis on AI technologies. You should be proficient in Python and have a strong understanding of Go for high-concurrency backend services. Experience with cloud-native architecture is a must, as is the ability to navigate the complexities of deploying AI models in production environments. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and the deployment of vector databases. Your experience should include working with modern frontend frameworks to create intuitive user interfaces for complex AI data. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment. With a 12-month duration, this contract provides the stability and time needed to see major AI initiatives from conception to production. Compensation & Location
