Role Overview

Teamware Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead – Talent Acquisition to drive our recruitment efforts across North America, India, and the Middle East. This remote leadership role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our global growth. The Lead will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. We are looking for a professional who can leverage social media, particularly LinkedIn, to build a strong employer brand and a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of various business units globally.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify passive candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices and performance optimization.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  • Represent Teamware Solutions at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to enhance the company’s visibility.
  • Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and vendors when necessary.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

Required Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition leadership, preferably within the IT or professional services industry. Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS/CRM tools is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders across different time zones and cultures. The ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability is crucial. A deep understanding of the global talent market and competitive landscape is highly desirable.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus. Candidates should have at least 8-12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead capacity. Experience recruiting for international markets (North America, India, Middle East) is strongly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate high ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance in all recruitment activities.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $115,000 – $155,000 per year (Estimated)
