Role Overview
FSTONE Technologies is looking for seasoned Process Mapper Specialists to lead large-scale Finance Process Optimization initiatives for a 12-month contract in Baltimore, MD. This role is pivotal for organizations undergoing digital transformation, where the clarity of end-to-end workflows directly impacts operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. As a specialist, you will be responsible for translating high-level strategic documentation and subject matter expert (SME) insights into execution-ready process maps that adhere to strict firm-approved standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive current-state and future-state process maps using enterprise-grade tools like Signavio and Microsoft Visio.
- Facilitate workshops with global Finance teams to capture complex workflows and translate them into structured visual models.
- Ensure all process maps reflect required Finance data attributes and align with standardized mapping frameworks.
- Collaborate with process optimization leads and delivery teams to identify bottlenecks and areas for operational improvement.
- Manage access controls and periodically update data attributes within the process mapping systems to ensure data integrity.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements to mapping tools and related system changes.
- Apply industry best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all mapped processes within the Finance domain.
Qualifications and Expertise
Candidates must possess over 13 years of experience in process mapping or process optimization, specifically within large-scale enterprise environments. Expert proficiency in Signavio and Microsoft Visio is mandatory. The role requires a deep understanding of Global Finance processes and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across different regions. In the 2026 business environment, the ability to integrate service design principles into operating model transformations is highly valued. You will act as a bridge between strategic vision and technical execution, ensuring that every process map is not just a diagram, but a functional blueprint for business excellence. Strong communication skills are essential for navigating complex organizational structures and driving consensus among SMEs and executive leadership. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in operating model initiatives and a proven track record of delivering high-impact results in finance transformation projects.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
