Role Overview: Salesforce Tech Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Salesforce Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This onsite position is critical for driving the technical direction of our Patient CRM platforms within the pharmaceutical commercial domain. As a leader, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge technical solutions, ensuring that our patient engagement tools are both innovative and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data flows between Salesforce CRM and AWS ecosystems, establishing a robust ‘single source of truth’ for patient data.
- Architect and develop Agentic AI solutions using AWS BedRock to process real-time data from the Data Lake, delivering proactive nudges to patients and case managers.
- Oversee the integration of AWS services including Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena to optimize data workflows and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects to define scalable system architectures that support high-volume patient interactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to Pharma-specific regulations, including HIPAA and regional privacy laws, through rigorous data governance practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize existing Salesforce configurations to improve system performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, including product owners and business leads.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Technical Lead within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically with Health Cloud or similar Patient CRM platforms.
- Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Athena).
- Hands-on experience in AI orchestration and building custom AI agents.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security in a healthcare context.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex data-related challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 per year (Estimated)
