Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Business System Analyst specializing in ClaimCenter Integration to join our dynamic team in Mayfield, OH. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams, ensuring that Guidewire solutions are perfectly aligned with the complex needs of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance operations. As a senior analyst, you will lead the charge in gathering requirements, documenting system workflows, and facilitating the integration of vendor solutions into the Guidewire ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical developers to drive Guidewire ClaimCenter enhancements and integration projects.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to gather and document business and system requirements, focusing on Line of Business (LOB) mapping and complex vendor integrations.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria within an Agile SAFe framework.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sessions to ensure comprehensive solution coverage.
- Manage and groom the product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), participating actively in PI planning, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to P&C insurance industry standards, specifically regarding claims handling processes and terminology.
- Oversee solution design validation and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect triage.
- Serve as the onshore point of contact for offshore development and QA teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
- Perform rigorous impact analysis for change requests and new feature introductions to maintain system integrity.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and documentation standards across the enterprise.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite, specifically ClaimCenter. You should have a proven track record of working within the SAFe Agile framework and a deep understanding of the insurance domain. Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps for backlog management is essential. Strong communication skills are required to effectively present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. This position prefers a hybrid onsite presence in Mayfield, OH, to foster collaboration with local teams.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $115,000 – $155,000 per year (Estimated)
