Position Summary: Network Engineering Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Network Engineering Manager to lead the architecture and operational governance of our enterprise-grade network infrastructure. This high-impact role is designed for a technical leader who can drive global SD-WAN standards, manage complex hybrid and multi-cloud networking environments, and implement sophisticated Network Access Control (NAC) strategies. You will be responsible for providing technical oversight and mentorship to a team of talented engineers while ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of our global network.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the global SD-WAN architecture, defining standards for network topology, routing protocols, resiliency, and application-aware traffic steering using Palo Alto ION platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Network Access Control (NAC) strategy utilizing Cisco ISE, aligning with Zero Trust security principles for secure device onboarding and posture assessment.
- Design and govern hybrid and multi-cloud networking architectures across AWS (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway) and Azure (ExpressRoute, VNet Gateway).
- Establish and maintain global hub-and-spoke and transit architectures to ensure a balance between high scalability and operational resiliency.
- Define enterprise segmentation strategies across campus, data center, and cloud environments, including VPC/VNet design and IP address management (IPAM).
- Oversee cloud-based contact center solutions, including Zoom Phone and SIP call flows, managing provisioning and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and disaster recovery teams to ensure compliance with global standards and business continuity requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational maturity.
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise network architecture, design, and management.
- Deep expertise in Cisco infrastructure, including complex BGP routing, high-performance switching, and routing environments.
- Specialized experience with Palo Alto ION SD-WAN platforms and global deployment models.
- Strong proficiency in Cisco ISE for NAC, including 802.1X and MAB authentication strategies.
- Proven experience in cloud networking with AWS and Azure, focusing on connectivity and security.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and define enterprise-level operational standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or advanced Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate).
- Experience with voice networking technologies, specifically Zoom Phone and SIP protocols.
- Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to align complex technical decisions with broader business objectives.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
