Role Overview
Biztegy Analytics is looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team for a remote-friendly engagement based out of Marlborough, MA. This role is critical for supporting the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Management Accounting (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong functional finance knowledge and hands-on technical configuration expertise to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FICO functional designs and solutions.
- Perform end-to-end configuration of SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Configure SAP CO modules, focusing on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Lead and support full-lifecycle SAP implementations, from initial blueprinting through to go-live and production support.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP) to ensure seamless module integration.
- Facilitate and support month-end and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Manage system enhancements, change requests, and provide rapid resolution for production issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation and provide training to end-users.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA configuration and implementation.
- Deep understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, suitable for a remote collaborative environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
