Position Summary
VBeyond Corporation is looking for a talented Facets Automation Consultant to join our Agile healthcare delivery team. This remote contract role focuses on building and maintaining high-performance healthcare applications and implementing automated features within the Trizetto Facets environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all developments adhere to the highest coding standards and industry best practices for the US Healthcare payer market.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage FACETS batch jobs and automation scripts to streamline payer operations.
- Utilize job scheduling tools such as Autosys or Control-M to manage complex processing cycles.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and scripting for data automation and platform performance tuning.
- Analyze complex business rules and configurations within the Facets ecosystem to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to implement new features and support multiple lines of business across various states.
- Optimize platform performance and ensure the stability of batch schedules and custom scripts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated processes and provide technical support to operational teams.
- Participate in critical thinking sessions to solve architectural challenges related to healthcare data processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience working specifically with FACETS automation, batch schedules, or custom scripting.
- Strong background in healthcare operations and platform optimization within the US Payer domain.
- Expertise in SQL and scripting languages used for automation.
- Proficiency with enterprise job scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys, Control-M).
- Deep understanding of US Healthcare payer operations, including claims processing and enrollment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, Agile environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
