Position Summary: QA Lead (On-Site)
Vyze Inc is seeking a seasoned QA Lead for a long-term engagement in Overland Park, Kansas. This is a PV W2 position requiring a local candidate who can work on-site. As the QA Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all quality assurance activities for a major project. You will serve as the primary point of contact for testing strategies, ensuring that all software deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires a blend of deep technical testing expertise and the leadership skills necessary to mentor junior analysts and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the Quality Assurance lifecycle, including comprehensive test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business sponsors and end-users.
- Engage in design sessions to understand team structures and define the overall test strategy for complex implementations.
- Oversee multiple testing phases, including System Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to QA Analysts, ensuring alignment with project goals and testing best practices.
- Collaborate directly with the Director and business stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and risk assessments.
- Ensure that all defects are identified, documented, and tracked through to resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
- Expert-level knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong background in manual testing with the ability to design complex test scenarios.
- Proven experience leading testing efforts for large-scale enterprise projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Must have a valid LinkedIn profile for verification purposes.
Preferred Skills and Domain Expertise
- Domain knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, or Workday is highly desirable.
- Exposure to automation testing frameworks and tools is a significant plus.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
