Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Developer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role involves designing and implementing complex customizations and integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET and JavaScript, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality CRM solutions for enterprise clients. This is a contract-to-contract (C2C) position requiring 8 to 15 years of professional experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Build complex customizations and integrations by creating entities, relationships, and web resources within Dynamics 365.
- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom actions using .NET and C#.
- Utilize JavaScript for client-side scripting and UI enhancements to improve user experience.
- Manage Ribbon Customizations and develop custom Portals for external user access.
- Design and implement complex integrations using RESTful APIs and other middleware solutions.
- Develop interfaces between CRM and third-party software packages to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for existing Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure all developments follow best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 15 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on CRM systems.
- Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CE/Sales/Service) and its underlying architecture.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience with PL-900 or MB-200 series certifications is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a global team environment.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for version control and deployment.
- Ability to work during specific interview windows (IST time) as required by the hiring team.

Special Requirements

Salary: $65 – $65 per year
