Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Engagement Management Consultant for an onsite role in Montvale, NJ. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, with a specific focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Professional Services. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating business requirements into standardized public cloud processes while minimizing customizations. You will be instrumental in managing the project lifecycle, from project creation and resource management to billing and revenue recognition.
Core Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation (Greenfield/Brownfield) of S/4HANA Professional Services on public cloud.
- Manage customer project management, resource planning, and service billing processes.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA Professional Services and modules like Finance (FI), Logistics (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and document business requirements in alignment with SaaS constraints.
- Execute functional testing and validate end-to-end scenarios for project setup and resource planning.
- Prepare functional specifications and provide guidance to client teams during UAT and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with global teams to manage dependencies across various workstreams.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in implementing S/4HANA Professional Services on Public Cloud.
- Minimum of 2-3 full life cycle implementation experiences in S/4HANA Professional Services.
- Deep understanding of Order To Cash (OTC) processes and Project Systems (PS).
- Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and agile project management.
- Strong knowledge of data migration strategies on public cloud platforms.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Professional Services is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for issue resolution during deployment.
Professional Expectations
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong consulting skills and the ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment. You must be able to manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with Finance and reporting teams to ensure integrated process design. As an onsite consultant in Montvale, NJ, you will be expected to lead workshops and drive quality and compliance across all deliverables.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $225,000 per year (Estimated)
