Role Overview
Altitude Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant for a critical onsite engagement in Cumming, Georgia. This role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation of human capital management systems for our client. As a functional expert, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules, coupled with the ability to produce high-quality MD50 functional design documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of HCM initiatives.
- Perform comprehensive gap analysis to identify discrepancies between standard Oracle HCM functionality and specific business needs.
- Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically focusing on Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Author detailed MD50 functional design documents for custom developments, integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure that functional designs are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scripts and coordinating with business users to validate system performance.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for HCM process optimization and system utilization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates to leadership.
Technical Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
- Subject matter expertise in Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Proven track record of writing MD50 functional designs for complex integrations and enhancements.
- Strong understanding of HCM data models and security structures.
- Ability to navigate and configure the Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
