Role Overview: Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Salesforce Developer to join our technical team in Mt Laurel, NJ. This is a critical onsite position requiring a professional who can drive the development and architectural design of our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including advanced coding, integration strategies, and automated deployment pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions that enhance our business operations and customer engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs to meet complex business needs.
- Architect and implement solutions within Omni Studio and Marketing/Data Cloud environments to drive data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end integration projects, connecting Salesforce with various external systems and third-party applications.
- Utilize Git-based version control and Salesforce DX (SFDX) CI/CD toolsets to ensure streamlined and error-free deployment processes.
- Provide technical leadership in the design and architecture of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical designs.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging of Salesforce applications to maintain system stability and performance.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to recommend continuous improvements to the platform.
Required Technical Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relative experience in Salesforce Development and Architecture.
- Mandatory expertise in Apex, LWC, Omni Studio, and Marketing/Data Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience with Git-based version control systems.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD automation tools.
- Proven ability to work independently on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
Certifications and Education
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) is required.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
