Role Overview
Radient.AI is seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant specializing in the Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite. This is a critical onsite position based in Durham, North Carolina, requiring a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the PeopleSoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will provide high-level technical leadership and support for PeopleSoft versions 9.1 and 9.2, focusing on core modules such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive L2 and L3 application support for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1/9.2 environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within production environments, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
- Design, develop, and document sophisticated customizations using PeopleTools to meet evolving business requirements.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, unit testing, and deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and offshore support teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Manage offshore-onsite coordination and handoff processes to maintain 24/7 support coverage.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive expertise in PeopleTools, specifically Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface (CI), and SQR.
- Deep functional understanding of business processes in Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting.
- Proven track record in Support, Maintenance, and Enhancement of PeopleSoft systems over a decade-long career.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
Work Environment
This role is strictly onsite in Durham, NC. Candidates must be prepared to work within a fast-paced corporate environment, participating in daily stand-ups and collaborating in person with the implementation and client teams. The project duration is initially slated for 6+ months with a high likelihood of extension based on performance and project roadmap needs.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $170,000 – $230,000 per year (Estimated)
