Position Summary: IVR Cyara Automation Tester (Bilingual)
We are looking for a specialized IVR Cyara Automation Tester with professional fluency in Spanish to support our client, Infosys/Exelon, in Westwood, MA. This is a hybrid onsite role that requires a unique blend of technical automation expertise and linguistic capabilities to serve a diverse customer base across North and Latin American regions. In the 2026 telecommunications environment, seamless automated customer interaction is paramount, and this role is at the center of that mission.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated test scripts using the Cyara platform for complex, multi-language IVR flows.
- Validate Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and chatbot interactions to ensure high accuracy in customer intent recognition.
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing across mobile, IVR, and cloud contact center platforms, specifically Amazon Connect.
- Coordinate with multilingual teams to ensure that localized IVR scripts and flows meet regional requirements and cultural nuances.
- Lead defect triage discussions in an Agile environment, providing detailed QA metrics and root cause analysis.
- Document test cases and results in both English and Spanish to maintain clear communication across global stakeholders.
Technical Environment and Expectations
The successful candidate will be adept at working within modern cloud contact center architectures. You will be responsible for ensuring that the automated testing framework scales with the client’s evolving needs. Your role involves not just finding bugs, but proactively improving the quality of the customer experience through rigorous automation and performance testing. This position requires a high degree of coordination and the ability to deliver high-quality software releases in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven expertise in Contact Center Telephony and IVR systems.
- Advanced proficiency in CYARA Automation Testing tools.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience with Amazon Connect and NLU validation.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and QA reporting.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Westwood, MA.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $165,000 per year (Estimated)
