Role Overview: Senior .Net Developer
Intellect Tech Solutions is looking for a seasoned Senior .Net Developer for a long-term onsite engagement in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance applications using the latest .Net technologies. This position requires 100% onsite presence, five days a week, at our client’s facility. As a senior developer, you will be a key contributor to the architectural decisions and technical direction of our core healthcare platforms. You will be expected to bring a wealth of experience in building robust, scalable systems that can handle high volumes of data and concurrent users while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare industry standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .Net and .Net Core frameworks.
- Implement and manage complex message queuing systems using RabbitMQ to ensure reliable, asynchronous communication between microservices.
- Deploy and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes, managing clusters and ensuring high availability in a production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial requirements gathering and feasibility studies to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to maintain high coding standards across the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities, in a timely and effective manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and improve software quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development with a primary focus on the Microsoft .Net stack.
- Expert-level knowledge of .Net Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers (e.g., Kafka, Azure Service Bus) in a distributed system architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration strategies.
- Experience working within the Healthcare domain is highly preferred, including familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, including T-SQL, indexing, and query optimization, as well as experience with NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, onsite team setting.
Project Scope and Technical Ecosystem
The project involves the modernization of a legacy healthcare management system into a microservices-based architecture. You will be working with a modern tech stack that includes .Net 8, RabbitMQ for event-driven communication, and Kubernetes for container orchestration on a hybrid cloud infrastructure. The applications you build will support critical healthcare operations, including patient data management, billing, and clinical workflows. Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,240 – $124,800 per year
