Position Summary: Senior Full Stack Java Developer / Architect
Magma IT Technologies is actively seeking experienced Full Stack Java Developers and Architects to join our high-performing consulting team. This role is designed for technical leaders who possess a deep understanding of the Java ecosystem and are capable of delivering robust, scalable software solutions. We are looking for candidates who can navigate both C2C and W2 engagement models and are ready to contribute to complex projects across various industries. As a Senior Developer or Architect, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Technical Requirements and Core Competencies
- Extensive experience (10-17+ years) in Java/J2EE development, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Strong background in Data Engineering and ETL processes, particularly for roles focused on data-driven applications.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and define architectural standards.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Deep knowledge of database management systems, including both SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) solutions.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
