Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and visionary UIPath Lead & Architect to spearhead our automation initiatives in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who not only understands the technical intricacies of Robotic Process Automation but also possesses the strategic mindset to drive digital transformation within the high-stakes Financial and Banking sectors. With over 12 years of IT experience, you will serve as the primary technical authority, guiding our clients through the complexities of modernizing their operations through intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure RPA solutions using the full UiPath suite, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of the financial industry.
- Lead the transition to and implementation of UiPath Cloud environments, leveraging your extensive experience to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive process discovery and assessment workshops with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Develop and implement advanced Agentic Process designs, moving beyond simple task automation to create autonomous, decision-making digital workers.
- Utilize UiPath Document Understanding to automate the extraction of critical data from complex financial documents, improving accuracy and processing speed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert insights that influence automation strategy and investment decisions.
- Oversee the delivery of high-impact automation projects, specifically focusing on Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions.
- Integrate UiPath seamlessly with enterprise ecosystems, including M365, Salesforce, and Snowflake, using specialized connectors and custom APIs.
- Establish and maintain a Center of Excellence (CoE) to define best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks for RPA development.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure all automation solutions are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
Technical Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
- At least 8 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development and architecture.
- 4+ years of proven experience with UiPath Cloud implementations and management.
- Successful track record of delivering at least 5 F&A and 3 FP&A automation implementations.
- Expert-level proficiency in UiPath Document Understanding and Agentic Process solutioning.
- Deep experience with UiPath Connectors for platforms like M365, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
- Strong domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services, including knowledge of industry-specific workflows and compliance needs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 per year (Estimated)
