Role Overview: Senior AI/ML Engineer (ServiceNow Specialist)
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role is designed for a technical leader with over 13 years of professional experience who can bridge the gap between advanced Artificial Intelligence and the ServiceNow platform. As organizations increasingly look to automate complex workflows and enhance user experiences through intelligent automation, your role will be pivotal in architecting and deploying AI-driven solutions that leverage the full power of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI/ML models specifically tailored for integration within the ServiceNow platform to automate IT Service Management (ITSM) and Business Process Management (BPM) workflows.
- Lead the development of Large Language Model (LLM) applications, focusing on prompt engineering fundamentals to optimize virtual agents and automated response systems.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including model training, validation, deployment, and continuous monitoring using CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement RESTful APIs and JSON-based data exchange protocols between ServiceNow and external AI services.
- Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to scale AI workloads and manage high-performance computing resources.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert for AI/ML initiatives across the enterprise.
Technical Requirements
- Mandatory 13+ years of experience in software engineering with a significant focus on AI/ML model operations.
- Deep technical proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, including experience with its native AI capabilities and integration hubs.
- Expert-level Python programming skills and hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
- Proven track record in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for specific enterprise use cases.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning (MLOps).
Qualifications and Environment
The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
