  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable Terraform modules and providers to standardize resource deployment across diverse business units.
  • Integrate advanced scripting in Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell to enhance automation workflows and post-deployment configurations.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to implement ‘Policy as Code’ using tools like Terraform Sentinel and Azure Policy to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, ensuring that infrastructure changes are tested, validated, and deployed with zero downtime.
  • Lead the transition from traditional cloud management to modern Platform Engineering practices, focusing on developer self-service and infrastructure reliability.
  • Manage complex state file architectures and backend configurations to support large-scale, distributed engineering teams.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to the internal knowledge base regarding cloud-native best practices.

Technical Requirements for 2026

  • A minimum of 5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience with Terraform in an enterprise production environment.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience utilizing Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for automation within Linux-based systems.
  • 3+ years of deep technical expertise in Azure cloud services, including but not limited to AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), VNETs, Azure SQL, and App Services.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and engineering cloud-native solutions that prioritize scalability, security, and cost-optimization.
  • Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, including version control (Git), automated testing of infrastructure, and comprehensive monitoring/logging.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable as we move toward more robust multi-cloud strategies.
