Role Overview: SAP Success Factors Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical for driving excellence in our Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Management solutions. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and management of complex SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically focusing on Callidus Cloud Commissions and Incentive Management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of the SAP ecosystem and the ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Requirements

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Success Factors Incentive Management solutions.
  • Utilize deep expertise in SAP Incentive Management and Sales Performance Management to optimize client business processes.
  • Execute at least 4-5 full life-cycle implementations of Callidus Cloud Commissions or Success Factors Incentive Management.
  • Develop and customize data models, stage hooks, and XDL to meet specific business logic requirements.
  • Hands-on management of compensation plans, including complex logic for clawbacks, loyalty programs, bonuses, and specialized incentive structures.
  • Design and maintain SQL Database tables and backend architectures to support high-volume data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive data integration, reporting, and workflow solutions.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance tuning for SAP Commissions environments.
  • Ensure all solutions are aligned with industry best practices and meet the rigorous standards of the Life Sciences domain where applicable.

Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Callidus Cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA integration and its impact on incentive management.
  • SAP Commissions certification is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences domain is a preferred asset for this specific engagement.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
