Role Overview
Insoursys is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Tech Architect for a critical contract engagement based onsite in Johnston, Rhode Island. This role is designed for a Principal-level Architect who possesses a deep technical foundation in the Salesforce ecosystem combined with a broad understanding of enterprise-grade integration patterns and cloud architectures. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical vision, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of complex business requirements within a multi-platform environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate closely with technical managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
- Drive the development team through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), providing mentorship and technical oversight to ensure best practices in Apex programming and Lightning development.
- Design and manage complex enterprise API integrations across various platforms, utilizing Mulesoft and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Oversee the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions using DocuSign CLM.
- Develop high-level design documents and create functional prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility to stakeholders.
- Manage source control and release management processes using tools such as GitHub and Copado to ensure seamless deployment cycles.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM, to maintain project velocity and transparency.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Expertise in Apex programming, OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Deep knowledge of Mulesoft for enterprise-level integration and middleware management.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM for automating contract processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platform architecture and event-driven design patterns.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools including GitHub and Copado.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2) certifications.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
- Certified Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Special Requirements
Onsite requirement in Johnston, RI; Contract duration; Requires expertise in Mulesoft and DocuSign CLM.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
