Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Concur Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Concur solutions. This senior-level role requires a deep understanding of travel and expense management processes combined with the technical proficiency to manage complex integrations within a global enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of professional experience in the SAP ecosystem, specifically focusing on Concur modules to drive efficiency and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end configuration of SAP Concur modules including Travel, Expense, Request, and Invoice.
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable system designs.
- Develop and maintain robust integration interfaces between SAP Concur and ERP systems such as SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Manage API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and coordinate with middleware teams using platforms like SAP CPI or Dell Boomi.
- Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting for complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities for system enhancements and new feature rollouts.
- Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and end-user training manuals.
- Monitor system performance and proactively recommend process improvements to optimize the user experience.
- Coordinate directly with SAP Concur support for incident resolution and product roadmap alignment.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (15+ years) in SAP consulting with a significant focus on Concur implementation.
- Proficiency in Concur modules: Expense, Travel, Request, Audit, Invoice, and Mobility.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Financial modules (FI/CO) within ECC or S/4HANA environments.
- Hands-on experience with file-based and API-based integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
- SAP Concur Certification in Expense, Travel, or Invoice is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
