Role Overview
Stellar Consulting Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager for an urgent onsite engagement in San Bernardino, CA. This role is critical for driving technical initiatives, specifically focusing on Access Management systems and Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks. As a TPM, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to the highest quality standards expected by our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for complex technical projects, with a specific emphasis on Access Management and security protocols.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, security analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent, data-driven reporting to senior leadership regarding project health, milestones, and roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project duration.
- Drive the adoption of Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for the specific project context and organizational needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations, ensuring that external partners meet their contractual obligations and technical requirements.
- Oversee the technical design and implementation phases, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the long-term technical roadmap.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for process improvement in future engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a large-scale enterprise environment, preferably within the technology or security sectors.
- Deep understanding of Access Management (IAM) protocols, including SSO, MFA, and directory services.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in San Bernardino, CA, on a full-time basis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- Experience managing budgets and resource planning for multi-million dollar technical initiatives.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
