Role Overview: Salesforce Tech Lead (AI & Health Domain)
Vkore Solutions is looking for a visionary Salesforce Tech Lead to join a high-impact project in the San Francisco Bay Area. This 100% onsite role requires a unique blend of Salesforce expertise, MuleSoft integration skills, and deep experience within the Healthcare/Pharma domain. You will be at the forefront of implementing Agentic AI solutions and ensuring data integrity across complex cloud ecosystems.
Core Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Collaborate with Architects to define end-to-end data flows between Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, and AWS. You will be the guardian of the ‘single source of truth’ for patient data, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- AI Innovation: Lead the development of Agentic AI solutions. This involves processing real-time data from Data Lakes to deliver proactive ‘nudges’ to patients and case managers, enhancing engagement and health outcomes.
- AWS Integration: Demonstrate mastery of AWS services, including Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena. You will specifically focus on developing custom AI Agents using AWS Bedrock to drive intelligent automation.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure all digital solutions strictly adhere to Pharma-specific regulations, including HIPAA and regional privacy laws. Your work will directly support Patient Engagement and Patient Service tools in the Pharma Commercial domain.
- Technical Leadership: Analyze complex data sets, troubleshoot critical issues, and optimize data workflows. You must possess a creative problem-solving mindset and the ability to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce and MuleSoft, with a proven track record of leading technical teams in the healthcare sector. Expertise in AWS Bedrock and AI orchestration is highly preferred. You must be comfortable working onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area and possess the communication skills necessary to lead cross-functional initiatives. This is a long-term contract opportunity to work on some of the most advanced AI applications in the pharmaceutical industry today.

Domain: Pharma Commercial / Healthcare; HIPAA compliance required; 100% Onsite in San Francisco Bay Area; Experience with AWS Bedrock and AI Agents is a priority.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 per year (Estimated)
