Tek Inspirations is urgently hiring a Salesforce/Oracle CPQ Administrator for a hybrid position based in Vancouver, WA. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive Salesforce CRM administration, including managing user profiles, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems to support complex pricing and ordering workflows.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales performance and system health.
  • Manage data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across different platforms and environments.
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure the system adheres to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements that improve the user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and CPQ integrations.
  • Support global deployments by ensuring the system is localized and optimized for different regions.
  • Utilize integration tools and reporting software to streamline data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and proficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Salesforce and CPQ (specifically Oracle CPQ) environments.
  • Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Highly Recommended Certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and global deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with integration tools and advanced reporting platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Interview Process

The selection process for this role is designed to be thorough and efficient. Candidates will first undergo a technical screening via Skype to assess their core competencies and experience. Successful candidates will then be invited for a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview at our Vancouver, WA location. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be available for on-site work as scheduled, making local or commutable candidates preferred.
