Grace Architecture & Estimating, LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD, Revit, and Architectural Visualization Specialist to join our growing remote team. This position is a critical component of our service delivery model, focusing on the high-fidelity transformation of conceptual designs and legacy documents into modern, actionable digital assets. As a specialist in this role, you will be at the forefront of our architectural production, ensuring that every project we undertake is executed with the highest degree of precision and aesthetic quality. Our firm is renowned for providing comprehensive architectural renderings and animations that allow stakeholders to visualize projects with stunning clarity. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end conversion process. This includes taking hard copy drawings, raster files, and various legacy formats like PDFs or low-resolution images and transitioning them into fully editable 2D CAD files and sophisticated 3D Revit BIM (Building Information Modeling) models. Role Overview
The CAD, Revit, and Architectural Visualization Specialist will operate in a fully remote capacity, collaborating with our Marketing Executive and project management teams. You will be expected to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from simple residential drafting to complex commercial BIM modeling. The role requires a deep understanding of architectural standards, construction documentation, and the latest visualization techniques. You will be the primary point of contact for technical execution, ensuring that all files are converted accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit models that adhere to specific client standards and industry best practices.
- Convert legacy architectural documents, including hand-drawn sketches and raster images, into precise, editable digital formats.
- Create photorealistic architectural renderings and immersive 3D animations for client presentations and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to understand project requirements and deliver samples of work to prospective clients.
- Maintain a rigorous quality control process to ensure all BIM models are data-rich and free of geometric errors.
- Optimize workflows for the transition from 2D drafting to 3D modeling to improve project turnaround times.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide technical support and guidance on complex visualization projects, ensuring that lighting, textures, and scale are accurately represented.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive professional experience with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural visualization, including high-end renderings and animations.
- Proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or 3ds Max.
- Solid understanding of BIM principles and the ability to manage complex Revit families and parameters.
- Experience in converting various file formats (PDF, JPEG, TIFF) into clean, layered CAD files.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- A degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related technical field is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $82,000 – $118,000 per year (Estimated)
