Role Overview
Vkore Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer for a long-term contract opportunity based onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with 8 to 10 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that meet the complex needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies, as well as a commitment to following best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust backend services using Java 8/11/17 and the Spring Boot framework.
- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support seamless integration between various system components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Management, to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
- Optimize database queries and manage relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for maximum performance and scalability.
- Participate in all phases of the Agile/Scrum development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps to streamline production deployments.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and user experience.
Technical Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience in Java-based full-stack development.
- Expertise in Java (versions 8, 11, and 17) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux or NgRx.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries and working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a significant plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
