Role Overview

The IT Technology Integrator is a pivotal role within the LRL Learning & Development (L&D) organization, tasked with bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions. This position is primarily responsible for driving process automation, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and advancing AI-enabled capabilities to enhance organizational efficiency. Working under the guidance of the Technology Lead and Data Metrics Strategy Lead, the successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows that streamline operations and improve the learner experience across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process & Workflow Automation: Design and implement sophisticated automated workflows using industry-standard tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Automate, and Smartsheet. This includes building and managing ServiceNow catalog items, service portals, and custom workflow solutions.
  • AI Solutions Development: Lead the development of AI-enabled solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and Claude. You will build custom AI assistants to optimize L&D operations and evaluate emerging AI technologies for strategic adoption.
  • Learning Technology Implementation: Provide expert technical consultation for learning technology initiatives, including the administration and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
  • Web & Content Management: Oversee the maintenance of LRL L&D web server content, ensuring strict compliance with corporate security, accessibility, and governance policies.
  • Knowledge & Data Management: Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and knowledge repositories, ensuring data accuracy and implementing information management best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with enterprise IT and L&D groups to deliver shared solutions, providing best-practice guidance and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet.
  • Proven expertise in developing ServiceNow catalogs and service portal solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree and experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
  • Preferred: Programming skills in JSON, Python, or SQL.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $115,000 – $155,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Indianapolis, IN
