Role Overview: Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant
Vizon Inc is looking for a seasoned Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant for an immediate, onsite engagement in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is designed for a supply chain expert who can navigate the complexities of a modern, cloud-native Warehouse Management System (WMS) and deliver immediate value to a high-volume logistics operation. Memphis, being a global hub for logistics, provides a dynamic environment for this critical implementation project.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the functional analysis, design, and configuration of Manhattan Active WMS modules to meet specific business needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and system configuration documentation.
- Guide the business through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identifying and troubleshooting functional gaps or system bugs.
- Optimize warehouse workflows, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping, using Manhattan Active’s advanced features.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage system enhancements and ensure seamless integration with ERP and TMS platforms.
- Provide expert-level support during the go-live phase and post-implementation stabilization period.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (Cloud version) implementations.
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management principles.
- Proven ability to configure WMS rules, strategies, and system parameters without heavy technical intervention.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex functional issues and optimizing system performance.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise functional guides for end-users.
- Ability to work onsite in Memphis and engage directly with client-side stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
