Position Summary

In the rapidly advancing CRM landscape of 2026, the role of a Salesforce Business Analyst has become more strategic than ever. We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX. This individual will act as the primary bridge between our business stakeholders and the technical development team, driving operational excellence within our Sales and Service departments. The successful candidate will leverage their deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-impact technical solutions that enhance user adoption and business growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with global sales and service stakeholders to conduct deep-dive discovery sessions, gathering and documenting intricate business requirements and process flows.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, proposing Salesforce-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Design and implement declarative solutions using the latest Salesforce tools, including advanced Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects, ensuring a ‘clicks-before-code’ approach.
  • Optimize Sales Cloud functionalities, focusing on lead management, opportunity tracking, complex forecasting models, and enhanced pipeline visibility.
  • Enhance Service Cloud capabilities, including case management automation, omnichannel routing, knowledge base optimization, and SLA tracking.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process maps, data dictionaries, and user training manuals.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring that all delivered solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria and business objectives.
  • Provide expert-level post-implementation support, troubleshooting platform issues and monitoring system performance to ensure high availability.

Required Technical Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with a track record of successful enterprise-level implementations.
  • Strong technical understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and platform limitations.
  • Experience working in mature Agile/Scrum environments, managing product backlogs, and writing high-quality user stories.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
  • Proficiency in modern Salesforce declarative automation, specifically migrating legacy processes to Salesforce Flow.

Educational and Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant credentials are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced Salesforce modules such as CPQ, Experience Cloud, or CRM Analytics is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git and experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench) is beneficial.

Special Requirements

Onsite requirement in Plano, TX; Long-term contract; 10+ years experience level preferred.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 per year
