Role Overview: Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce CPQ
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce CPQ to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, WA. This is a critical role designed to support and optimize our Salesforce CRM and Oracle CPQ platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust data integrity, maintaining compliant processes, and streamlining efficient Quote-to-Order (Q2O) workflows across our global deployments. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to enable scalable Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes through system enhancements and detailed reporting.
Key Responsibilities and Strategic Impact
- Platform Optimization: Lead the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM and Oracle CPQ to support complex business logic and pricing models.
- Workflow Management: Design and implement efficient Quote-to-Order (Q2O) and Lead-to-Order (L2O) workflows that reduce friction in the sales cycle.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Conduct regular audits and system checks to ensure data accuracy and adherence to global compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop advanced reporting dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance and system health.
- System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for automation and integration with third-party tools to improve overall operational efficiency.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within Salesforce and CPQ environments.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator is strictly required. Preference is given to candidates with Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Advanced Administrator credentials.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Oracle CPQ configuration, Salesforce security models, and data management practices.
- Global Deployment: Proven track record of supporting global system rollouts and managing multi-currency/multi-region environments.
- Migration & Integration: Experience supporting large-scale data migration efforts and working with integration middleware.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
