Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient GeoAnalytics Project Manager to lead critical IT initiatives for a Fortune 500 client. This role is based in Harrisburg, PA, with flexible remote options, and focuses on the intersection of geographic data and business intelligence. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of internal and external staff across multiple IT projects of varying complexity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and a deep understanding of how GeoAnalytics can drive operational efficiency in large-scale enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Coordinate with business owners and technical analysts to define and refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
- Utilize ServiceNow modules, specifically Idea, Project, and Demand, to track project health and resource allocation.
- Follow established PMO standards and procedures (Playbook) to ensure consistency and quality across all project phases.
- Conduct regular status meetings and facilitate lessons learned sessions to identify areas for process improvement.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in accordance with corporate standards.
- Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure they meet the technical and business requirements of the project.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically managing projects of various sizes and subject matter.
- Proven expertise in integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, and risk planning.
- Strong familiarity with PMO standards and the ability to follow a structured project management playbook.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP Certification is highly desired and preferred for this senior-level role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
- Previous experience in the Transportation industry or with GeoAnalytics projects is a significant advantage.

Special Requirements
Remote/Harrisburg hybrid. Transportation background and PMP certification highly desired.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
